Welcome to Health and Wellness Centre Cheltenham.  We have been proudly providing physiotherapy services to patients since 2018. Physiotherapy is one of the most important aspects of healthcare to achieve optimum health and wellness within one's self. We strive to facilitate our patients mobility through the restoration of function of their muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons.  Our treatments not only get you back to your active self but help to maintain it.

Treating more than sports injuries

A common assumption is that physiotherapy is just for athletes or sports related injuries. Whilst this is one aspect of physiotherapy, many different ailments, injuries and diseases benefit from physiotherapy treatment.

Work, car accident, household, sport, child bearing and hobby related activities are all common causes of injuries we see in patients in our clinic.

Chronic conditions and diseases such as arthritis, Parkinson's and MS along with many others that require ongoing maintenance are also regularly treated.

At Health and Wellness Centre Cheltenham, we treat a wide variety of patients with our youngest being newborns through to our eldest being almost centenarians along with everyone in between!

We collaborate with clients and when required, other medical professionals and family,  working together towards meeting our clients treatment goals. This approach ensures the best possible client satisfaction and long term outcome.

Hands on therapy

Michelle Raymundo, our primary physiotherapist, has extensive experience in multiple techniques that provide clients with a more hands on approach.

Clients can expect the majority of their session to be hands on treatment, with most patients experiencing a full 20 minutes of treatment during a regular session.  Exercise prescription (when required) and record taking are performed outside of the hands on treatment time.
